Wow these are good! Want a high protein snack that tastes amazing? Try these peanut buttery delicious bars! The recipe is easy too.
First, line a 8×12 pan with wax paper- spray the bottom of a spatula with non-stick cooking spray.
Peanut butter 1 -2 cups depending on how much peanut butter you like
Honey – ½ cup
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
Melt the above in a pan, once melted remove from heat and mix in the following:
1 cup of Kashi granola
1 cup of puffed rice
½ cup crushed peanuts
½ cup dried cranberries
Once mixed together place in pan and press down with spatula. Cover, place in fridge for a couple of hours, removed and cut into squares. If you are going to keep these overnight it’s best to place them back in the fridge so they do not fall apart.
